How do I order a ringtone or other product on the internet?
Select your mobile phone model (such as Nokia 3650) by clicking here or the link "Your Mobile Device" at the top of this page. Then proceed as follows:

a) If you haven't registered with LEO yet:

  1. Select your product and click on "Get it".
  2. Insert your mobile number in the section "I'm not a member. Register now"
  3. Click on "Register", after reading the Terms and Conditions. Follow the instructions online.
  4. At the end of the registration process, you will get the password to login and download your product.
  5. Save your password. You can use it for further downloads on www.leomobile.com.


b) If you've already registered with LEO and therefore have a password:

  1. Select your product and click on "Get it".
  2. Enter your mobile phone number and password and click "login".
  3. LEO will immediately send you a SMS with the content item you chose


I tried to register and got the error message "You are already registered. Login Here

a) If you have already ordered or registered with LEO, then you already have a password. Forgotten your password? Please click here. We will send you a new password via SMS.

b) Maybe the person who used to have your mobile number was already registered with LEO. Please contact customer service. The record of the person who used to have your mobile number will be deleted and you will be able to order your product.


What do I do when I receive a black and white logo or monophonic ringtone on my mobile?
If a logo or monophonic ringtone appears on your mobile, please choose "save". The logo or ringtone will then be automatically saved on your mobile.

How do I receive a ringtone, a game or a color wallpaper?
Ringtones, games and color wallpapers cannot be sent via SMS. LEO will send you a "bookmark" or download link. When you click on this link, the download process for your desired ringtone, game or color wallpaper will begin.

My download link has arrived, but I can't find it on my cell phone. Where is it?
The download link is in the body of a message that LEO sent to your cell phone. Depending on the make of your phone, this message will go to your text or WAP Push inbox, also known as a "Service Inbox", "Funbox", "Browser Message Inbox" or simply "Push Inbox".


What do I do with the bookmark/download link I received?
Once you've placed your order, LEO will send you an SMS. Please open this message, and scroll down to the download link. When you click on this link, the download process for your desired ringtone, game or color wallpaper will begin. Notice: Never click "interrupt" during the download! When the download is completed, just save it. Now you can try out the game, wallpaper or polyphonic ringtone on your mobile!

I haven't received my download. What is the problem?
Please make sure that WAP Push is enabled on your cell phone. Depending on the make of your phone, you need to set the WAP Push setting to "On", "Allow all", "Always", or "Receive all". Here are some hints on where to locate this setting:

Nokia:
  • Services > Settings > Service Inbox settings
  • Messaging > Settings > Service Msg.


Motorola:
  • Messages > Browser Msgs > Menu Button > Browser Msg Setup
  • Messages > Browser Messages > Browser Msg Setup


LG:
  • Internet > Push Messages > Receive


Samsung:
  • Fun Box > WWW Services > Push Messages > Setting
  • Fun Box > Wap Browser


Sony-Ericsson:
  • Messaging > WAP Push > Allow Push
  • Wap Services > Push Messages
  • Messaging > Wap Push
